Terms & Conditions Business Standard

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as it sets out the terms of a legally binding agreement between Aashiyana-Ltd and Second Party (Vendor)

Statement of work (SOW)

All the given images are JPEG or GIF format. Vendors who plan to start with Three or Five system; SOW is the same for every Project
The given Images need to be Proofread and saved as a particular format for all projects
The completed files need to be sent back to us within the given TAT. If the completed file are not submitted in the given TAT or is even delayed to submit on time, then the project will not be accepted
The entire project is purely Data Conversion Typing Job. Vendors are not supposed to use any OCR/ICR software to complete the project. If found any, then the project with be Terminated

QUALITY

You are required to maintain required data accuracy and file completion targets as given in payout slabs in the given time frame of the TAT. No Payment will be issued if the required targets are not met. A training session will be provided to you to reduce the errors done by operators and to provide understanding of the system for efficient working. The training session will also improve the speed of your operators for completing the work quicker. No payment will be given for the training session. Please be sure to complete the work on time. No payment will be issued if the prerequisites from accuracy and completion criteria, given in payout slabs, are not achieved

DETERMINATION OF ACCURACY

After providing for all the Errors enumerated below, the Total Minimum Accuracy shall be 80% in all Pages irrespective of the Plan

Each PUNCTUATION ERROR in the Entire submitted Transcribed Data, (Irrespective of the Plan and Number of Pages) would QUALIFY A DEDUCTION OF 0.30%.

ILLUSTRATION: Thus, out of a Total Accuracy of a Possible 100%, 10 Punctuation errors would Qualify an Accuracy of
100 ‐ (10 x 0.30) = 97% Accuracy

Each SPELLING ERROR in the Entire submitted Transcribed Data, (Irrespective of the Plan and Number of Pages) would QUALIFY A DEDUCTION OF 0.50%.

ILLUSTRATION: Thus, out of a Total Accuracy of a Possible 100%, 10 Spelling errors would Qualify an Accuracy of
100 ‐ (10 x 0.5) = 95% Accuracy

Each ENTITY ERROR in the Entire submitted Transcribed Data, (Irrespective of the Plan and Number of Pages) would QUALIFY A DEDUCTION OF 0.50%.

ILLUSTRATION: Thus, out of a Total Accuracy of a Possible 100%, 10 Entity errors would Qualify an Accuracy of
100 ‐ (10 x 0.5) = 95% Accuracy

Each error being an EXTRA WORD Typed or an OMISSION OF A WORD in the Entire submitted Transcribed Data, (Irrespective of the Plan and Number of Pages) would QUALIFY A DEDUCTION OF 0.70%.

ILLUSTRATION: Thus, out of a Total Accuracy of a Possible 100%, 10 Extra word or Omission of a word errors would Qualify an Accuracy of 100 ‐ (10 x 0.70) = 93% Accuracy

Each error being an EXTRA SPACE Or AN OMISSION of a Space in the Entire submitted Transcribed Data, (Irrespective of the Plan and Number of Pages) would QUALIFY A DEDUCTION OF 0.70%.

ILLUSTRATION: Thus, out of a Total Accuracy of a Possible 100%, 10 Extra Spaces or Omission errors would Qualify an Accuracy of 100 ‐ (10 x 0.70) = 93% Accuracy

Each error being an EXTRA 'ENTER' Typed or an Omission of hitting the 'Enter' Key in the Entire submitted Transcribed Data, (Irrespective of the Plan and Number of Pages) would QUALIFY A DEDUCTION OF 0.90%.

ILLUSTRATION: Thus, out of a Total Accuracy of a Possible 100%, 10 extra ‘Enter’ or Omission errors would Qualify an Accuracy of 100 ‐ (10 x 0.90) = 91% Accuracy.

Each error being an EXTRA ‘LINE’ Typed or an Omission of an entire in the Entire submitted Transcribed Data, (Irrespective of the Plan and Number of Pages) would QUALIFY A DEDUCTION OF 1.0%.

ILLUSTRATION: Thus, out of a Total Accuracy of a Possible 100%, 10 extra line typed or Omission errors would Qualify an Accuracy of 100 ‐ (10 x 1.0) = 90% Accuracy

A Combination of errors as above would qualify for each such error, a corresponding loss of Accuracy depending on the type of error as provided above

The Test of the Accuracy shall be made by a determining Centre appointed by the Party of the First Part and the Report of such Accuracy subject to procedure outlined below, would be Final and Conclusive, with no room for Disputing the Veracity of the same by the Party of the Second Part.

There is NO REWORK for the Join which has been submitted once
If The Vendor Fails To Achieve The Minimum Accuracy Of 25 % For Consecutive Three Times, Then The Project Will Be TERMINATED And There Will Be No More Work Load Provided By Aashiyana Ltd

If The Vendor Wants, They Can Purchase All The Requirements From Their Software Vendors Too. If it’s Available, Then You Can Make The Payments Through Online Transfer On The Below Given Bank Details. Once Done, We Will Send You The Confirmation Of The Same Via Email.
